Welcome to the Center for Research on Health Care
Data Center
The Center for Research on Health Care Data Center (CRHC DC) was developed to support the conduct of high quality clinical and translational research at the University of Pittsburgh. It is part of the Institute for Clinical Research and Education in the Department of Medicine and has become the major organization on campus to provide data management, statistical analysis, and coordination of clinical and translational research services.
The CRHC DC serves or has served as the lead analytic organization or coordinating center for over 300 research projects. It is supporting major portions of the analytic, data management, and evaluation services of the University of Pittsburgh Clinical and Translational Sciences Award (CTSA). It leads the Design, Biostatistics and Clinical Research Ethics (DBE) Core, the Evaluation Core, and serves as the Shared Facility Core for CTSA K12 and T32 programs. We have sections devoted to statistical analysis, web design, and data collection and support mechanisms including PC Tablet based data collection. We are housed together as a unit in the heart of campus which facilitates a strong working relationship between the sections and easy access to investigators.
Feel free to browse our site to find out more about us and what we do. If you have any questions, contact us and we'll get back to you to discuss your data management and analysis needs.
